Fluxscales is a branding and web studio based in Malta, operating worldwide. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Fluxscales is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Contact form: when you write to us, we collect the details you type in — your name, email address, budget indication and project message. We use this only to read and reply to your enquiry.

Analytics: if you press “Accept” on the consent banner, we record anonymous page views (page path, language and approximate timing). No cookies, no IP logging, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers. If you decline or ignore the banner, nothing is collected at all.

Spam protection: the contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics to confirm you are human. This runs only when you use the form.

Hosting and database: this site and its form submissions are hosted on our cloud infrastructure provider, which stores data encrypted at rest and in transit.

Email delivery: form submissions are forwarded to our team inbox through our transactional email provider.

Cloudflare: provides the Turnstile spam check described above.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing.

Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any project that follows. Analytics events are anonymous and retained in aggregate.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry and any related emails at any time and we will do so.

Because we operate from Malta, you have the full set of GDPR rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email team@fluxscales.site and we will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Maltese Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) or your local supervisory authority.
